Miami Luxury Agent Index (the “Index”) is operated by Nexus Nova Studio Pvt Ltd. The Index is a public ranking board where eligible claimed profiles can participate by purchasing Position Value. By using the Index you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
Profile: a public listing for a Miami luxury real-estate agent.
Claim: a person confirming, by self-attestation, that they are the agent or an authorized representative of a profile. A profile can be claimed once.
Position Value: the value used to order profiles on the public ranking.
Position Increase: a payment that adds a new Position Value event to a claimed profile.
Payment: a one-time charge completed through Paddle Checkout.
Current Ranking: the public order of profiles by current Position Value.
Position Value is persistent — it does not decay. A refund or reversal removes the associated Position Value per the payment ledger.
What a payment buys
Before you complete a Position Increase, the Index shows the selected profile, the amount, and what the payment does. The payment purchases a Position Value increase associated with the selected profile. It is not the purchase of a guaranteed lead, a guaranteed sale, an endorsement, a ranking of professional quality, or a financial return.
Payment and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle processes the transaction and the applicable payment, tax, and refund functions under its own buyer terms and policies.
Claims
A profile can be claimed only once.
Claiming is by the claimant's own self-attestation.
We do not create duplicate ownership of a profile.
A claimed profile may make an unlimited number of Position increases.
Refunds
Refunds, reversals, and chargebacks are described in our Refund Policy. A refund or reversal can reverse the associated Position Value event.

Ranking disclaimer
Position Value reflects paid placement only and does not represent professional quality, sales performance, licensing, expertise, or endorsement. Listing an agent and their brokerage does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by that brokerage; the Index is independent.
Limitation of liability
The Index is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Index, and our total liability for a Position Increase will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product develops. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Continued use of the Index means you accept the current version.
