Simple, one-time pricing

You pay a one-time amount to set your profile's Position Value — a paid placement on the public Miami Luxury Agent Index. The higher your current Position Value, the higher you appear; the highest is #1. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and no recurring charges are ever made.

You choose a target Position Value, priced in US dollars:

• Minimum placement: $100.
• To take #1: at least $1 above the current #1 (an empty board starts at $100).
• A new challenger pays the full target. An existing holder pays only the difference between their current Position Value and the new target.
• Maximum target: $1,000,000.

The exact amount is calculated from the live board and shown to you before you pay, and again inside the secure Paddle checkout. There are no setup fees, no recurring fees, and no charges beyond the amount you confirm.

If the current #1 holds a Position Value of $500, taking #1 costs $501. If you already hold a Position Value of $300 and want to reach $501, you pay only the $201 difference. The price you see is the price you pay.
